Sheer romance and drama: Spotfilm acquires premium films for Valentine's Day

Just in time for the holiday of love, Spotfilm Networx has launched a new film bundle. In addition to many heartwarming romantic films and touching dramas, viewers can expect numerous romantic comedies and feel-good movies. Also in the new package: many well-known actors.

This year's Valentine's Day highlights include the indie film "Book of Love" and the feel-good movie "Good Morning, Pennsylvania".

If viewers are more in the mood for heart-wrenching dramas, they'll find "Anything," "Love After Love" and "Birches" among Spotfilm's V-Day portfolio. Each of these films shows how loss, emotions, and love against social norms can be sensitively brought to the screen.

Those who prefer to exercise their laugh muscles instead of their tear ducts will enjoy "Happy Birthday: A Birthday to Fall in Love" or "My Best Friend's Wedding" - starring Haylie Duff.

Even for fans of classical and religious content, Spotfilm has provided the right films over Valentine's Day: The flicks "Je m‘appelle Bernadette: The Miracle of Lourdes", "Old Fashioned - Mr. Walsh" or the German film "Finn und der Weg zum Himmel" will touch the hearts with their very special stories.

In addition to a first-class selection of films, well-known actors round off the new film bundle perfectly: over Valentine's Day (and beyond), the faces of Rachel Weisz, Chris Pine, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hiddleston or Kaley Cuoco will flicker across home screens.

These and many other new films can be seen on the Spotfilm channels Netzkino, Fabella and Wolke 7 as well as on Movies Select.
