The channel Heimatkino.TV, which belongs to Spotfilm Networx, is now part of the VoD-offerning by Samsung TV Plus. In addition to the existing channels like Netzkino, Tempora and Fabella, Heimatkino.TV provides a new range of full-length films free of charge.
The channel has been published on Samsung TV Plus in June and offers fans of German cinema a new streaming opportunity. From DEFA-classics to current productions: the portfolio of Heimatkino.TV contains films from diverse eras of the German film history. Further, well-known actors such as Heike Makatsch, Christian Ulmen, Katharina Thalbach and Jan Josef Liefers are coming with the new channel. Heimatkino.TV offers everything a cineast's heart desires: from fancy comedies and poignant dramas to captivating thrillers.
The successful cooperation between Spotfilm Networx and the electronics group Samsung has existed since 2017 and is to be continued in the future.
Samsung TV Plus can be accessed at any time via all Samsung devices and is now also available in Germany on selected Galaxy smartphones and tablets (in Switzerland and Austria from June 30th). For instant access to news, sports, series, movies and much more, the customer has to download the app in the Google Play or Galaxy Store – anytime and anywhere, free of charge and without registration.
