Netzkino achieves an outstanding viewability rate of 97.5 %

Video-based advertising is considered one of the most effective marketing tools on the market. But even the best commercial in the world can only achieve the desired effect, if it is seen by the audience. In the past, it often caused misunderstandings if and when an ad has been considered as seen - until the introduction of the IAB standard Open Measurement.
This created standard enables advertisers and service providers to uniformly measure the viewability of the ads and to compare them with each other. The visibility of the advertisements displayed is indicated by means of a viewability rate in percent. The higher the percentage, the better the visibility.
In order to provide its advertising customers with the best possible transparency on the market, Netzkino relies on the Open Measurement Standard and uses Google as a reliable service provider in this area. The measurement values are provided to the advertiser via Google's Interactive Media Ads Software Development Kit (IMA SDK for short).
According to the ad verification solutions provider Meetrics, viewability measurement for video advertising was 86% in Q1 2021. Netzkino far outperforms this score, with a viewability rate of outstanding 97.5% - settling at the top of the field of video advertising.
